What you should know about Essential Oil Perfumes:
Essential oils are designed by flowers and trees to evaporate into the air, either to attract pollinators or to deter insects (who will eat them). In a perfume these same essential oils will also evaporate quickly. My preferred method to apply them is to roll the perfume liberally onto the palm of each hand. Then I rub my neck with the perfume.
Organic Jojoba Oil is very good for your skin and will absorb quickly. That leaves the essential oils to waft up around your face to make you feel wonderful. Reapply frequently. Keep the roll on in a pocket or purse. It looks small, but it lasts me about 6 months to a year.
